Located in a beautiful green garden, the HP Park Hotel is a perfect place for organizing fairs, conferences, symposia, workshops, trainings, press conferences, as well as business meetings and family gatherings.

Over 400-square-metre conference area with innovative solutions enables to organize any type of event for up to 350 attendees.

The possibility of different hall configurations enables to organize small trainings and large symposia alike.

We provide high-class technical and multimedia equipment:

  • ceiling-mounted 4000 ANSI-lumen/Hitachi CP-X4020 multimedia projectors,
  • 2m x 3m projector screens,
  • remote-control room darkening system,
  • PA system,
  • wireless and headset microphones,

  • air-conditioning,
  • a patio.

We provide access to the Internet and a spacious car park (90 places) for conference attendees – free of charge.

We have enriched our conference offer with a wide range of catering services, from early breakfasts, through quick lunches and coffee breaks, to late business dinners. We provide catering services outside the Hotel as well.

Our qualified staff make all efforts to satisfy the training organizer’s needs. A supervisor assigned for each conference ensures its smooth progress.
